Manager, External Wafer Manufacturing Operations

1. Manage Silicon Foundry related operations for Infineon products, including new tape out (NPI) support and ramp-up of new products, tonsure on-time delivery with stable high yield and quality. 2. Manage cross-functional team to drive the manufacturing excellence of Infineon products in advance technology node at Silicon Foundries. * achieve operation team targets in yield, delivery performance and quality (incl. new product ramp-up) * manage matrix team with partners and keep all necessary partners informed (internally and externally) * make or drive timely decisions needed for daily operations * take ownership on actions to prevent/handle excursions * Drive implementation on action items and correction measures at Foundries after MRB/excursion/spill * Reporting and controlling of daily operations 3. Support and maintain the partnership together with Procurement and TQTM (Technology Quality & Technology Establish and maintain relationship with partners (e.g. fab management) Keeping management and related parties informed about operation status and topics 4. Drive foundry to achieve highest quality standard and ensure zero-defect executed for production. Drive to prevent FAR and MRB. 5. Lead and coordinate end customer audit at Silicon Foundry.
