1. Develop and implement O2O trade marketing strategy. Optimize effectiveness of commercial development resources to achieve sales goal and identify business growth opportunity. 2. Assist channel customized campaign planning/ coordinate promotion scheme and resources based on shopper insights and trade expertise. 3. Leverage Brand strategy to bridge customer focus/ shopper behavior and support customer plan and activity to achieve sales target. 4. Perform sales analysis skill and ROI mindset to boost sales growth within proper budget control. 5. Consolidate and integrate O2O channel promotion calendar, monitoring digital marketing investment and KPI tracking.
