1. Key internal/external contact for quality protocol setup and maintenance for responsible customer accounts • Coordinate customer quality request internal/external communication, and implementation follow up • Host customer quality requirement internal/external meeting for CoA trend review, process control system review. SPC review, specification review…etc. • Customer visit/audit/questionnaire coordination and preparation • Customized PCN report preparation, communication and ECR follow up. Statistical data analysis is needed to support process change request and drive customer qualification in BASF required timeline • Have good understanding for customer requirement and standard quality protocol 2. Support new business/product engagement quality requirement. • Customized Specification/STC/ control limit proposal negotiation and communication with internal /customer for new products • Prepare customer on-site audit/visit and feedback quality survey/questionnaire/line walk for new product • Make sure customer quality roadmap requirement can be met or has schedule 3. Customer complaint and Issue troubleshooting coordinator • Coordinate customer inquiry/complaint investigation with internal cross function team and communication with customer. • Drive root cause investigation with 8D or 5M1E fishbone method or 5W3L and perform statistic data analysis or new QC method to support the investigation • Main person to update the investigation progress and action follow up in daily or weekly trouble shooting meeting • NCM progress update in SAP 4. Customer satisfaction improvement • Accept customer quality related document training and understand customer quality protocol • Balance internal resource/capability and external demanded requirement with good communication approach • Demonstrate customer focus supporting attitude and service to improve quality and meet customer expectation

* Over 5 years in semiconductor or chemical industry for customer quality handling, quality management field. * Fluent in English speaking, writing, listening, reading * Customer focus and has willing to accept new challenge * Familiar with quality tool and troubleshooting skill (8D, 5W, 5M1E, Fishbone…) * Cross culture working experience * Good communication/coordination/negotiation skill, High EQ and Good interpersonal skill * Good at Microsoft Office operation (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Power BI), Statistic Tool (JMP, Minitab) * 6 sigma certificate is plus
