Contributions to Business and Product Decision-Making: - Actively participate in strategic deliberations regarding business and product strategies, offering invaluable technical insights and recommendations to align technology with the organization's objectives. 【Qualifications】 Experience: - 5+ years of backend experience in enterprise application services, with a preference for candidates who have experience in managing teams. - Preferred candidates with backend experience in finance, payment, billing, or accounting industries. Technical Skills: - A solid foundation in at least one backend framework such as .Net Framework, .Net Core, Java/Spring, capable of writing high-quality code using the framework. - Experience with data modeling and system design for e-commerce or financial scenarios is preferred. - Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices implementation, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
