What you will do: • Lead and manage three key sales teams: Lifecycle, Partner Management, Digital & Software, and Vertical & Enterprise Customers, driving strategic priorities and achieving sales targets. • Oversee the sales department, ensuring sustainable financial results and alignment with business strategies. • Drive a customer-centric sales approach, leveraging digital portfolio capabilities to enhance margins year over year. • Develop the Sales team’s capabilities in selling long-term service and software subscription contracts. • Define and execute partner development programs, including strategy, target setting, business reviews, and sales initiatives. • Build competency and a strong pipeline for digital and software offerings. • Foster a high-performing, diverse, and agile sales team. • Lead margin growth for the smart infrastructure portfolio in the Taiwan market. • Develop and execute sales strategies across all channels, maximizing synergies within and beyond the Building BU. • Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. • Champion innovation by driving the adoption of new portfolios and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. What we are looking for: • Bachelor's degree or higher. • 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in product, solution, or service-oriented businesses. • Minimum 6 years of experience managing successful sales teams; experience leading diverse teams is a plus. • 3+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and influencing decision-making at all levels. • Strong market knowledge in building technologies. • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results. • Growth mindset and openness to change and innovation. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. • Experience in an international, multi-cultural environment is preferred. • Background in the building industry is an advantage.
