At YMS, we are committed to enriching life through fashion, culture, and exceptional experiences. As part of this project, The Lab 10 offers a modern, daytime dining experience featuring a menu of breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea, paired with carefully selected coffee and Taiwanese tea. The Lab 10 combines local flavors with contemporary culinary techniques, providing guests with a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that reflects the unique spirit of YMS by onefifteen. [Job Summary] The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the daily operations of The Lab 10, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experiences, and adherence to quality standards. Working closely with the management team, this role focuses on optimizing service flow, managing staff, and creating a welcoming environment for guests enjoying our daytime dining options. [Core Responsibilities] • Operations Management: Assist in overseeing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea services; ensure food and beverage quality and consistency. • Team Supervision: Support staff in delivering excellent service, manage schedules, and provide on-the-floor guidance during peak times. • Guest Service: Ensure personalized guest attention, handle inquiries and complaints, and promote overall guest satisfaction. • Training & Development: Assist in training staff on menu knowledge, service standards, and pairings of coffee and Taiwanese tea. • Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness and health standards are met across all areas of the restaurant.

[Qualifications] • Experience in managing restaurant operations, preferably in in fine dining or luxury hospitality management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Passion for guest service, with attention to detail. • Knowledge of coffee and tea pairings is a plus.
