Reports To: Procurement Manager The job title will be determined based on the candidate's experience. 【PURPOSE OF JOB】 -To release significant (quantitative and qualitative) benefits to the business by extending the procurement involvement to indirect material related spend with suppliers, directly negotiating main local contracts and also building the required procurement processes to enable them to efficiently manage production spend -To ensure timely goods availability within pre- defined specs -To land the global procurement strategies ensuring its smooth implementation, supporting to capture all the benefits involved. -To ensure compliance with the standard processes, procedures, governance and internal controls. 【MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】 >Procurement Define the annual operating plan for the department (including the strategic direction for Procurement) based on the Opportunity Assessment process. Ensure local stakeholders’ activities are in line with the Global Category Strategy Independently manage Local improvement projects and provide support to Global improvement projects Global Contracts 1)Ensure proper execution of all centrally negotiated contracts 2)Cooperate with global Category teams in a timely manner Local Contracts and cost optimization 1)Develop Sourcing strategies for local spend 2)Ensure the availability of all specific contract requirements and conditions prior to tendering, negotiation, supplier selection and contracting 3)Lead tender/bidding process to deliver cost optimization outcome Contract Management 1)Lead all Contract Management activities 2)Manage the overview of all Supplier Relationships 3)Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders within both Global and Local >Reporting Manage the financial performance of procurement function from objective setting through to full reporting requirements Regularly report financial and supplier performance information for both materials and services to the Local and Global teams Accountable for managing Master data management issues within Procurement and will escalate issues and requirements where required
