***Please upload English resume onto our official platform: https://reurl.cc/xv4Oob - Define the SOP and standard WoW for equipment, tools and operation shopfloor system. - Guide technician team to enhance the RM/PM skill for utilization improvement. - Co-work with technician/supplier to improve equipment stability (MCBA/MUBA) and performance by issue identification, analysis, and root cause finding. - Co-work with equipment, test engineer, socket, and technician team for contact related issue improvement. - Introduce and evaluate the new equipment for qualification. - Spare parts management and cost reduction for maintenance. - Cooperate with cross-function team of peer site for case sharing, learning and further discussion. Job Qualification: - Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation and other related field. - Within 2 years of experience in related fields - Experience in hardware design software like AutoCAD, Inventor - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities - Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users - Self-motivated, and willing to learn
