Overview: • Providing IT and technical support in line with the company’s business requirements. • Subject matter expert for the company’s Microsoft 365 solution. Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Providing IT support in the planning, deploying, administering, maintaining, and upgrading systems and services. • Working on projects and initiatives, both local and global in scope alongside other IT functions. • Planning and executing migrations, updates, and integration with other systems. • Provide ongoing technical design input and implementation of updates to the current SharePoint landscape, and development and deployment of new solutions as required. • Troubleshoot issues and raise changes to resolve problems or improve the operational performance of related systems. • Understand core business needs, requirements, and problems to be solved in order to assess the potential adoption of M365 solutions. • Subject matter expert to advise on M365, Azure, O365, projects and initiatives. Qualifications: • Degree or equivalent experience in IT or equivalent discipline. • Proven working experience and in-depth technical understanding with: - Intune - SharePointOnline o MSTeams - PowerShell - Azure - Exchange • Nice to have Microsoft O365 certifications.
