1. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations. 2. Draft and solidify agreements, Intellectual Property (trademark and patents), contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. 3. Communicate and negotiate with external parties on all legal matters. 4. Provide accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics. 5. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. 6. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to the company. 7.
