1. Main internal/external contact window for tsmc AZ customer quality related inquiries/survey/quality audit/complaints..etc. 2. Customer relationship management with tsmc AZ customers and take the responsibility to provide initial response to tsmc AZ 3. Need to collaborate with NA business team to meet tsmc AZ business requirement and maintain customer satisfaction 4. Collect correct and necessary information to coordinate customer quality request internal/external communication, and implementation follow up 5. Coordinate customer inquiry/complaint investigation with internal cross function team and provide on-time response to customer 6. Process Change Notice (PCN) report preparation, communication and follow up for on-time implementation 7. Collaborate with Taiwan CQM team and customer to finish OCAP, worse chart, BKM, related quality requirements investigation, etc and update to tsmc AZ in system. 8. Take the ownership for CoA and production resume upload for AZ tsmc system and collaborate with Taiwan/LU team for COA/Production resume upload working model optimization for batches shipped to AZ

* At least 5 years experience in semiconductor or quality field (customer quality experience or supplier quality experience is preferred) * Good interpersonal skill/customer dealing skill/coordination, open-minded and positive thinking, value selling, hands-on skill. Problem solving skill. * Good attitude to accept team work mindset, and actively input and share information with the team for brainstorming to come out customer solutions. * Patient for issues/problems. * Good at Microsoft Office, Statistic Software (JMP, statistic..), Digitalization, Database Programing is plus
