職責與工作內容: ● 管理倉庫日常運作，包括收貨、存儲、盤點及出貨。 ● 制定並實施倉儲標準作業流程，確保運營效率和庫存準確性。 ● 監督和培訓倉儲部員工，確保員工的工作安全和生產力。 ● 管理倉儲空間，優化倉儲布局和庫存管理。 ● 與供應商和物流公司保持良好溝通，確保物料及產品的及時到達。 ● 分析倉庫數據、效期庫存報表及其他相關管理報表，提出改善建議，提升運營效益。 ● 確保整體庫存 (實際與帳面) 的準確度，管理商品效期及備貨量。 ● 管理並協調各通路訂單，確保訂單準時交付。 ● 安排空運和海運進貨，確保貨物安全和準時到達。 ● 管理包材和緩衝材的存量，確保包裝材料充足。 ● 提供效期庫存報表及其他相關管理報表。 ● 優化系統和流程，提高運作效率，且與跨部門進行溝通協調。 We are Paula’s Choice Skincare, a global skincare company founded in Seattle, USA, in 1995.
