【Key Responsibilities】 • Assist in client relationship services / transaction execution / internal coordination / due diligence, including but not limited to o preparing early bird memos for ITB Buscom o obtaining necessary approvals (e.g. compliance, credit, etc.). o preparing/verifying documentation (e.g. term sheets, agreements, offer & acceptance letters). o interest rate fixing with clients/FCS for DDA deposits. o interest rate fixing with clients/investors/treasury for trade distribution. • Assist in coordinating with Head Office and other Branches and Business Units within Credit Agricole Group network for cross border promotions and deal executions. • Liaise with front/middle/back office teams to meet internal and external customer needs. • Draft marketing materials and prepare proposals to pitch to clients. • Prepare internal reporting materials and presentations to management and other stakeholders. • Follow compliance principles and internal rules, and make sure they are applied.

【REQUIREMENTS】 1. Understanding of international trade/trade finance and basic credit process a plus. 2. Analytical skill and knowledge of various industries. 3. Good communication, detail-oriented, interpretation, and organizational skills. 4. Proactive in all business engagements 5. Capable to perform under pressure 6. English: Fluent in speaking, writing, listening and reading 7. Familiar with Word/Excel/Powerpoint 8. Less than one year working experience counted from the last diploma obtained. 9. This job is on fixed term contract base.
