Online ESL Teacher

Responsibilities: 1. Teach English online to junior learners (ages 4-5, 6-12, 13-18) and adults, improving their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. 2. Use high-quality materials from top publishers like Oxford, Cambridge, and Barron’s. 3. Help students prepare for exams such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, and Taiwanese entrance exams. 4. Provide feedback and track student progress. Qualifications: Required: 1. CEFR C1+ English proficiency 2. Bachelor’s degree or higher 3. At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience 4. TESOL/TEFL/TESL certification or an education-related degree 5. Strong digital literacy and teaching skills 6. Passionate, energetic, and engaging personality Preferred: 1. CEFR C2 English proficiency 2. Online ESL teaching experience 3. CELTA/DELTA certification Teaching Hours: • Flexible scheduling, 24/7 availability. • Peak hours (Taiwan Time, GMT+8): Mon. - Fri. 18:30-19:15 / 19:30-20:15 / 20:30-21:15/ 21:30-22:15 Sat. - Sun. 08:30-09:15 / 09:30-10:15 / 10:30-11:15 Compensation 1. Base rates are determined after a 1-on-1 interview. 2. Top teachers who meet our requirements and show demonstrable pedagogical knowledge can earn up to USD 15 per 45-minute session. 3. High-performing teachers may qualify for premium courses, earning up to USD 25 per session.
