1.Design, conduct and analyze quantitative/qualitative studies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improving user experience 2.Gather and analyze VOC (e.g. NPS, app review...etc) to identify customer pain points and investigate the potential root causes 3.Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights 4.Collaborate closely with stakeholders in cross functional teams to drive improvement initiatives 5.Lead and manage high-impact project end to end that interfaces with multiple departments at Shopee

- Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research; related experience from market research agency is a plus - Good communication skills– able to handle research requests, and act as the key coordinator between business stakeholders and market research vendors - Passionate about solving problems– able to analyze and synthesize data from multiple data sources, and identify key areas for improving user experience - Ability to work independently and productively under ambiguous, fast-paced working environment - Good team player with positive attitude
