Overview: • Providing IT and technical support in line with the company’s business requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Providing IT support in the planning, deploying, administering, maintaining, and upgrading systems and services. • Working on projects and initiatives, both local and global in scope alongside other IT functions. • Reporting to the global Network Manager and taking direction from them. • Maintain superb documentation of equipment details, configuration changes and daily activities. • Communicate clearly and regularly within Network Operations, and laterally within IT Infrastructure teams to coordinate and quickly resolve end user issues. • Diagnose, Troubleshoot and Resolve issues that fall under Network Operations: Route, Switch, Wireless, Firewall/Security and Voice. • Maintain operation of various hardware: Cisco and Juniper switches.
