We help our clients to meet and manage their immigration obligations and solve complex problems. Our team specialises in providing immigration support across all of our clients’ disciplines. You will advise clients on their local and overseas immigration issues and exposures. Responsibilities: The professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to: · Act as main point of contact of corporate client’s Taiwan immigration formalities, including preparation of various application forms, and handling correspondence with the respective authorities · Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. · Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. · Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. · Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice. · Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives. · Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others. · Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships. · Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications · Bachelor degree or above · An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work. · A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives. · An interest in acquiring knowledge of Global Immigration law and practice and the life of a file from initiation through to completion. · Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment · Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively, and to evaluate the quality of the information · Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels · Managing various corporate immigration programs. Act as the main point of contact on the account and have the ability to assess and manage file work on various clients · Ability to effectively prioritize, excellent organization and administrative ability · Ability to work independently, multi-task, use initiative and to work well under pressure / to deadlines · The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time.
