1.Recommend, implement and improve manufacturing processes to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products. 2.Responsible for electrical characterization, yield analysis, and production lots disposition to drive product and line yield and support various and manufacturing operations. 3.Monitor electrical performance trends, disposition of holds at electrical and sort test, support general/urgent fab operational issues, scrap investigation and analysis for process change review boards. 4.Candidate will drive yield improvement activities for multiple products by analyzing failing electrical parameters and perform effective data mining to find the root cause. 5.Develop and improve yield characterization and data analysis methodologies to rapidly determine yield limiters, correlation to in-line defectivity and metrology, and electrical parametric signals. 6.Support process module engineering activities through electrical test, inline metrology, and yield analysis to improve cost, cycle-time, and manufacturing robustness. 7.Liaise with Customer Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concerns and meet the requirements. 8.Run DOE to optimize process margins and determine process & ET specifications 9.Monitor OOC, maintain good CPK for ET and monitor inline SPC parameters. 10.Clear reporting and communication of issues to home teams on a daily basis. 11.Must be flexible in job assignment and ready to work on weekend shifts on a rotational basis as required by the business. 12.Own engineering projects involving large-scale data analysis and machine learning to support HVM yield roadmap, device targeting and attaining performance targets. 13.Work with Program Managers, Process Integration, Device and Defect Reduction team members to identify root cause of systematic yield/performance issues and propose mitigation plan in defined timeline to meet committed production yield/performance targets and to support fast paced yield ramp-up in high-volume manufacturing phases. 14.Work with Yield Modeling team to develop new yield analysis methods and algorithms to deliver world class yield analytics. 15.Formulate yield problems mathematically, identify solutions, and remove technical barriers to achieve successful solutions. 16.Provide yield analysis for various engineering projects to improve quality, performance and to reduce wafer cost. 17.Engineering support for technical interactions with internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications: 1.B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc with 0-3 years of relevant experience in Electrical (Microelectronics)/ Electronics Engineering or Applied Physics. 2.Experience in high volume manufacturing preferably in semiconductors/ electronics industry in process module/ equipment (200mm/ 300mm) are strongly desired. 3.Good understanding of semiconductor process technology and devices. 4.5+ years' experience in advanced node semiconductor industry in in yield analysis and data science. 5.3+ years' Experience in python and other program languages to develop a new analysis method and algorithms using large amount of fab data. 6.3+ years' experience in big data analysis and machine learning. 7.5+ years' experience in advanced node semiconductor high-volume manufacturing. 8.5+ years' experience with Device Physics and overall FinFET process flow. 9.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a globally matrixed team or environment. 10.Organized, proactive, excellent analytical skills, on-time delivery of work assigned, and good verbal and written communication. 11.Good knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 12.Scripting and coding skills (especially R and Python) are desirable. 13.Problem-solving technique with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities. 14.Ability to work with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
