Project Management / Support / Communications • Support and coordinate product planning across different vendor, division. • Act as liaison and communication bridge across the organization to build alignment on work-stream direction and priorities • work-stream(s), Initiative(s) achievement – Time to Completion, Resource Utilization Knowledge And Abilities • Strong manufacturing process skills – organized but flexible approach • Influential skills and strong communication skills • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities to handle multiple projects at the same time; • Confident, has good judgement and will assert and stand behind it • Accountable, reliable and objective, leveraging fact base Requests / Minimum Qualifications 1. 10 + years of general footwear/brand experience on manufacturing planning. 2. Experience with initiatives/project tracking (e.g. knowledge of utilizing tracking tools) 3. Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) 4. Strong communication skills – written and spoken English 5. Ability to build good working relationship with mid-level clients
