Reserve Talent for North America Deployment 培訓養成計畫：按個人學習發展狀況，培訓2-3年後派駐北美工作 Job Overview As a R&D Engineer for Roof Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Roof Systems for our automotive products. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet quality and performance standards. The position will be involved collaboration with global teams. Key Role & Responsibilities 1)Design and Development •develop and design roof systems for automotive applications, focusing on innovation, functionality, and safety. •create detailed design specifications, 3D models, and engineering drawings using CAD software. •conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements. 2) Prototyping and Testing: •build and test prototypes to validate design concepts and make necessary adjustments. •conduct performance and durability testing to ensure product reliability and quality. •Analyze test data and implement design improvements based on findings. 3) Collaboration and Communication: •work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of sunroof systems into vehicle designs. •liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components that meet design specifications. 4) Project Management: •manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. •prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 5)Innovation and Continuous Improvement: •stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to sunroof systems. •identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in product design and development processes.
