1. Minimum education requirement - University Degree or above, holder of sustainability development, environmental management or other related disciplines would be a plus. 2. Relevant experience and minimum years required - At least 3 years of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility relevant experience. 3. Basic skills requirements - Language: Exceptional communication (both Chinese and English) - Knowledge of, and skills in, protocols and standards such as GRI Standards and SDGs; CSR trends and best practices; familiarity with areas such as internal carbon pricing, carbon trading, carbon rights, circular economy, and sustainable procurement is a plus. 4. Special competence required - Authentic passion and drive for being an agent of change via sustainability; enthusiastic about leading initiatives from 0 to 1. - Strong collaboration, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and solid understanding of how to use data and research to drive effort.
