As the Senior Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, while overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define project requirements and ensure smooth execution. • Design and develop scalable and robust software applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, and drive innovation within the development team. • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions to project timelines. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by effectively managing resources, timelines, and priorities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software developers. • Strong expertise in software development, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, techniques, and best practices. • Experience with agile development methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA). • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. • Experience in developing high-concurrency large-scale systems.
