[General Responsibilities] 1. Coordinate end-to-end people process of talents from vacancy defining, sourcing, and onboarding. 2. Provide advice and suggestions to line managers regarding HR practices, policies, and programs. 3. Identify people and organizational issues and provide solutions to line managers to achieve business objectives and improve organization effectiveness. 4. Work with managers on employee relations issues. 5. Daily HR administrative request to support the employees and managers.
