Drive leads generation programs to achieve pipeline growth goals 2. Partner with sales & marketing team to generate leads 3. 3rd Party Channel Management 4. Analysis and develop reports and dashboards tracking the KPIs and market 5. Perform high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 6. Build sustainable relationships and maintain active engagement with leads by professional and creative management 7. Partner with sales closely. Follow up with clients and arrange an appointment 8. Maintain and records calling database completely in CRM 9. Develop and improve calling process, including script, mail, etc. 10. Handle online webinar and meeting.
