Quality System/Quality Control Engineer

Job Overview Looking for a qualified Quality System/Quality Control Engineer to organize semiconductor quality related activities according to internal, suppliers, and customer specifications. Supporting company results in continuous improvement of quality system and meets the customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Maintaining and implementing company QMS, such as ISO 9001 and other compliance standards certification. • Making sure to review existing processes to identify potential gaps and best practices across the company to implement effective & efficient quality system processes. • Supporting customer requested manufacturing related documents and questionnaires. • Leading audits from customers and conducting audits on supply chain suppliers. • Assuring supplier maintains quality documents related to the semiconductor manufacturing. • Handling supplies’ manufacturing issue and evaluating the effectiveness of supplier corrective/preventive actions also log and follow-up supplier quality complaints. • Conducting reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. • Assisting RMA, failure analysis/root cause analysis/CAPA, and customer requests. • Assisting for new product qualification process, including AEC-Q100 automotive qualification. Requirements • Requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. • Requires Solid knowledge and experience of quality assurance and quality management system. • Requires the experience of internal, registrar, suppliers, customers audits. • Fluent English is a plus. • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and failure analysis. • Excellent working skill of MS Office. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Excellent inter-group verbal and written communication abilities. • BS degree or equivalent experience in related field.
