Business Unit: SENKOM Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and driven Consultant to join our solution team. The main responsibilities of this role involve merging business and technology, along with our systematic approach and team members, to develop sustainable and value-adding system solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a goal-oriented mindset and be adept at prioritizing tasks, while also collaborating effectively with the team to achieve project success and meet the business goals. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to explore unconventional approaches and devise creative solutions to ensure overall success. Responsibilities:  Analyze clients’ business objectives and requirements to design the well-formulated solutions and provide appropriate consultation advises.  Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.  Communicate and negotiate with client on solution and scope of work.  Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.  Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes. Requirements:  Bachelor's or Master's degree.  At least 2 years of experience in project management.  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Confidence and skill in analytics, communication, presentation.  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Proven track record of successfully managing software projects.  Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Hands on experience on CRM, ERP, POS and/or Mobile solution is an advantage.
