Duties and Responsibilities: • General underwriting/claims services and client management. Render efficient and courteous services to clients and prospects, ensure timely and quality service standard are met. Develop good personal and business relationships within clients at working level. • Perform underwriting/claims assessment for Taiwan office in accordance with RGA standards, philosophy and underwriting/claims authority. • Handle risk management related enquiry. • Assist in underwriting/claims training. • Assist in underwriting/claims audit. • Assist in reviewing product provision and underwriting/claims guidelines. • Complete special underwriting/claims project and research work. • Participate in development of reinsurance underwriting/claims manual and operational manual. • Ensure all underwriting/claims activities and correspondences with clients are proper, documented and maintained in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. • Perform the tasks assigned as and when required. • Have Underwriting system assistant for developing and UAT experience.

Requirements • Have at least 5 years of sound technical underwriting or claims experience either in a direct company or a reinsurance company, with exposure in the life insurance field and understanding of Taiwan market. • Possesses leadership and inter-personal relationship skills, good common sense, is alert and organized, and have a detailed mindset and business acumen. • University graduate, preferably with professional designation such as FLMI, FALU, FLHC, etc. • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
