Responsibilities: Audit designs of sustaining projects and provide design overview to improve design efficiency and design quality for existing models List and prioritize tasks and issues which report in the factories and in the field. And work with stakeholders to fix issues and implement solutions into productions. Review and create cost reduction plans for sustaining models and work with teams to implement solutions for cost reductions. Review testing coverage and testing items, consolidate testing items to improve testing efficiency for production lines. Must to have: Experience on system designs and RF engineering Experience on troubleshooting skills and debug Experience on production process and handling RMA processes.
