Requirements Analysis and Pre-sales Support: Work with clients to analyze derived requirements, provide technical support and solutions, and assist the business team in preparing commercial proposals. 3. Project Management and Delivery: Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 4. International Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in Singapore government hospitals and other countries, providing ongoing support. Requirements: 1. English and Mandarin Proficiency: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams. 2. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in software project management. Experience in international projects or healthcare systems is preferred. 3. Technical Background: Familiar with software development processes and common technologies. 4. Pre-sales Experience: Experience in Pre-sales, with the ability to design and support technical solutions. 5. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills and experience in cross-departmental collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: 1.
