As today's global markets grow, our innovative logistics solutions are ready to help. • Identify and explore potential opportunity with key accounts • Engage key accounts in view of successful contract renewal with longer term partnership • Foster a better relationship with key accounts on multiple layers across organization • Cross-account support and participate in customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and DHL • Know commercial agreement inside out and fully understands DSC’s and customers' duties & rights with commercial negotiations (e.g., rate increase) based on internally aligned positions • Support account owners to facilitate internal O2D process and coordinates DSC internal commercial process related, e.g., O2D, Renewals, BCA process, etc. Ensures timely and accurate data entry into systems and tools required for above processes, e.g., Salesforce.com. • Develop mid-/long-term strategy for key accounts in line with both clients' as well as DSC’s strategy • The position requires presentation skills as the role involves making presentations to customers and handling the detailed questions that follow. The demonstration of a strong customer-focused approach is essential.
