Business Analyst (系統分析師)

What's your responsibility: 1. To understand and gather user requirement, and to define user requirement 2. To understand and gather the business or operational process requirement 3. To prepare the detailed mannered documentation and specification for development Team 4. To work closely with the QA Team to develop a comphrensive UAT plan, and follow up closely with the development Team after the test 5. To work closely with the project manager to ensure effective and efficient communcaitons between business users and development team regarding the business requirements, expected deliverables and implementation of test system solutions Job Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information System, Engineering or other related disciplines 2. At least 2 years working experience worked as a Business Analyst or Project Manager 3. Experienced in software solutions or enterprise consulting services. Familiar with CRM or Operational ERP is an advantage 4. Self-Motivated with good analytical and problem solving skills 5. Detail-orientated and able to work independently 6. Able to handle multi-taks with multiple deadlines 7. Good communication, interperosnal and presentation skills 8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
