You will build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and achieving performance goals. Your role will also involve handling customer inquiries and providing detailed information about our products, with a focus on the health and medical industry. Why We Have This Role This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and ensuring continued growth in the health and medical products market. We need someone who is passionate about sales and can effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers. How You'll Find Success Success in this role will come from your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through our products. Being persistent, disciplined, and enthusiastic about learning will help you achieve and exceed your sales targets. How You Grow You will have the opportunity to enhance your communication and sales skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the health and medical industry, and potentially advance into higher sales or management roles within the company. Things You Will Do Promote and sell products over the phone, providing detailed product information. Build and maintain customer relationships, tracking and managing their information and purchase records. Handle customer service inquiries, offering consultation and product explanations. Actively promote products during customer interactions. Learn and apply high EQ skills, demonstrate patience, self-discipline, and enthusiasm for telemarketing. Show a strong interest in the health and medical industry, with previous experience in health supplements or skincare products being a plus.
