工作內容

Position Summary • Places and tracks orders for merchandise and tracks the product until it arrives in thelocation. Enters and updates computer records and reports. Sends out and tracks various supplier contracts. Communicates internally and externally to gather information to resolve issues. Job Duties/Essential Functions Creates and maintains item and supplier records for warehouse and online sales by using AS400. Keys in figures for weekly department reports. • Reviews department inventory by item by monitoring daily sales by warehouse and determines future orders which need to be issued. Keeps track of promotions and determines impact to future orders. Communicates orders with vendors, warehouse and traffic to ensure the smooth flow of goods to the warehouses. • Enters merchandise-related data for online website and maintains information and layout through back-office system on a timely-basis. Audits website to ensure proper item set up, image, wording, and consistency. • Communicates with regional buying offices, depots, warehouses, and local/foreign vendors and gather information to resolve issues. • Emails vendor contracts, and various marketing agreements for signatures and tracks until return. • Assists Buyer and Assistant Buyer in item development and various merchandising projects as needed. Non-Essential Functions • Assists in other areas of the department or company as necessary.

Education/Training: College or University degree and above preferred. • Experience: One year work experience required, two years experiences preferred • Knowledge/Skills required: Computer skills including Google apps. Basic math skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent written & verbal English. • Multi-tasking & time management, stress-management abilities, and ability to adapt. • Honest, positive, mature, professional, detail-oriented, responsible, inquisitive, open-minded, logical, studious, and able to learn & prioritize.
