The production department at Decathlon, established in Taiwan in 1990, was one of the earliest departments to be set up in the country. Our primary responsibility is to manage suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of excellent products designed and developed in Taiwan to Decathlon stores worldwide. This position will be responsible for Cycle Component and E-bike products. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.You decide the best and innovative supply methods in order to: - achieve an ambitious target in terms of Lead Time of delivery in the right place and at the best cost. - offer the best level of Flexibility and reactivity to our Custom zone. 2. Pilot Production Planning: You sit with the Planning Department of our suppliers to cooperate, suggest and challenge their choices to guarantee the best service for our customers. 3. You manage orders effectively to ensure the reliable supply to customers, on time delivery and optimize stock 4. Maintain data quality with defined routine, data analysis of supplier’s performance and risk anticipation to propose the best solution on supply. 5. Via Cost analysis and continuous improvement mindset, you reach cost optimization and develop suppliers autonomy for sustainable performance. 6.
