You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Perl, and Tcl, and have experience with EDA tools and methodologies. What You’ll Be Doing: 1.Study and understand customer requirements and R&D functional specifications. 2.Design and execute testing plans to validate new features, including performance, power, and area improvements, and enablement for advanced nodes like 5nm and 3nm. 3.Use real top-tier customer designs and/or create new designs to ensure the quality of new features. 4.Debug and identify the root causes of functionality issues, flow issues, including complicated PPA issues in RTL2GDS design flow. 5.Analyze customer issues and usage/flow, propose coverage improvement plans, and enhancement requests to improve products. 6.Design and develop validation solutions/products in Python, C/C++, Perl, Tcl, to improve testing efficiency and solve complicated EDA software testing challenges such as Machine Learning-based testing automation and PPA big data handling. What You’ll Need: *Strong understanding of semiconductor design and testing processes. *Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Perl, and Tcl. *Study and understand customer requirements and R&D functional specifications, design and execute testing plan to validate new features (new functions, Performance/Power/Area improvements, Advanced node 5nm/3nm enablement etc.) *Debug and identify the root causes of functionality issues, flow issues including complicated PPA (Performance/Power/Area) issues in RTL2GDS design flow. *Experience with EDA tools and methodologies. *Ability to debug and identify root causes of complex issues. *Experience with advanced nodes (5nm, 3nm) and PPA (Performance/Power/Area) improvements.
