• 領導品質與合規團隊從被動式品質管理轉變為預防性品質管理 • 透過品質控制計畫定義品質標準 • 監控和改善品質控制流程 • 強制改變/訓練生產人員的品質觀念 • 為所有生產步驟和物流處理制定詳細的工作指示 • 設定和管理品質關鍵績效指標，透過品質數據管理來監控品質績效 • 透過審核和報告措施保證供應商質量 • 在日常生產中實施樣品檢查（內部和供應商） • 與荷蘭總公司聯繫/溝通 • 審查產品和流程的規格和圖紙 • 儲存準確的文件並進行統計分析 • 向上級管理階層提交詳細報告 • Lead the Quality & Compliance team in changing from reactive to preventive quality management • Define quality standards through quality control plan • Monitor and improve quality control processes • Enforce a change in quality mindset of production staff • Set up detailed work instructions for all production steps and logistical handling • Set up and manage quality KPI’s to monitor quality performance by means of quality data management • Supplier quality assurance via auditing and reporting measures • Implement sample checking in daily production (in-house and suppliers) • Interface with Quality Manager counterpart in the Netherlands • Review specifications and drawings for products and processes • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis • Submit detailed reports to upper management
