Lead the payroll system implementation from design to production. 2. Develop policies and procedures. 3. Follow company audit controls and procedures. 4. Process and audit payroll transactions including new hires, separations, benefits deductions, tax deposits and required tax filings. 5. Process time data, shift premiums, overtime, rate changes, adjustments, bonuses, garnishment, expense, travel and relocation reimbursement, time off pay tracking and reporting. 6. File and maintain payroll records. 7. G/L posting of Payroll. 8. Respond to employment verification requests. 9. Create and distribute reports as needed. 10. Assist with various projects within payroll and to support company needs.

1. Education requirement – MST degree+ in Human Resource related field. 2. 5 years above of related experience. 3. Certified Payroll Professional preferred. 4. Knowledge of payroll/timekeeping systems. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills. 6. Working knowledge of Taiwan employment laws and payroll regulations preferred. 7. Ability to work independently and with resourcefulness. 8. Deadline oriented. 9. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 10. Ability to work under pressure. 11. Effective problem solver with prioritization skills. 12. Proficient in Japanese, English and Mandarin.
