工作內容
【Position Overview】 Developing test program & Collaborate with RD for new product validation and characterization. Work closely with QA Team for reliability verification and testing environment maintenance. 【Responsibilities】 1. Develop and validate testing equipment (Probe Card). 2. Develop test program for new products into mass production (ASIC CP/FT testing environment and program development). 3. Collaborate with RD for new product validation and characterization (developing program for test equipment). 4. Work closely with QA Team for reliability verification and testing environment maintenance. 5. Responsible for testing methodologies improvement and development. 6. Support mass production issue of ASIC. 7. Support Yield analysis, RMA and subcontractors issue.

【Preferred Qualification】 1. Talented engineer with 2+ years of wafer debug testing experience. Capability to work independently. 2. Hands-on experience with test program development, using Advantest ND and LCD driver testing experience is highly desired. 3. Capability of developing test program. Proficiency in C, C++ is preferred. 4. In-depth understanding of Basic Electricity, Analog Electronics and Digital Electronics.
