1. Knowledge of NOR flash memory mixed signal design, and cell operation. 2. Analog circuit design such as the bandgap reference, low/high-voltage regulators, high-voltage switches, and high-voltage charge pumps. 3. Data path design such as IO, SRAM, X-Y path decoder, sense amplifier and sensing schemes. 4. Logic design such as read, program, erase algorithm and NOR VT distribution analysis 5. Layout review accurately 6. Full chip simulation using XA, FineSIM, and Verilog. 7. Teamwork Spirits is required
