Responsible in the design and artwork production of the hotel' s collateral material and other graphic work that is required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services. Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works is in line with Marriott/W Brand standard and are completed on time. - To administer a fully-equipped graphics units within the Sales & Marketing Department. - To produce and develop visuals, finished artworks as well as supervise production of the hotel's internal and external collaterals as per the W Brand Standard. - To produce visual and final artworks for below the line items like posters, lift banners, plasma TV and billboards as directed. - To provide graphic support services to the various departments, i.e. B&F, Welcome, etc. as directed. - To prepare and co-ordinate the display and removal of posters and promotional materials within the hotel premises on targeted dates. - To source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers for the purpose of developing hotel collaterals; i.e. typesetters and color separators. - To maintain a full fledge graphic department with ample stock supplies at all times. - To produce hotel collaterals within monthly / annual budgets. - To assist in sourcing for props for Food & Beverage photography. - To undertake specific photograph assignments within the hotel as and when required plus occasional assignments outside the hotel. - To prepare annual budget and estimates for the graphics unit.
