外銷業務專員 International Sales Associate

- 必須具備英文聽說讀寫能力 (TOEIC：750分以上) - 管理報價,詢價,保持與客戶及供應商間之聯繫,回覆e-mail,並確認交貨期 - 依據公司規劃籌備以及參與相關展覽 - 確認產品規格、訪價、安排產品及色版打樣等事宜 - 能夠在壓力環境下處理並完成多重任務，並在必要時願意加班 - 具有良好的溝通能力和需要與客戶開會報告簡報 - 客戶抱怨及具有良好的問題反應處理能力 - 可以與其它相關專業部門和項目管理團隊進行溝通 - 完成項目管理上屬的交辦事項 - 需具有相關高端燈飾傢俱的經驗 有吊扇燈飾產業經驗極佳 - 需要對室內設計或家居產品具有強烈的美感 Requirement: - Experience in product quotation, a price inquiry from oversea customers - Able to maintain a good relationship with both oversea customers and suppliers - Handle and coordinate with suppliers and internal team to meet the delivery date deadline - Prepare and participate in related exhibitions accordingly (both domestic and oversea) - Manage all product specifications confirmation, arrange the production of the control sample, price adjustment - Ability to handle multi-tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence, and willing to work overtime when necessary - Excellent presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills - Have a strong sense of aesthetic with interior design or home furnishing products - Demonstrate the strong ability to handle customer complaints and problem-solving - Complete the tasks assigned by the management team Please send us your full CV, availability, expected salary to our HR department at sophia@halsey.com.tw to arrange an interview.
