《Job Responsibility》 1. Guide and coach New Business Development (NBD) teams to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives in alignment with the Delta NBD Management System. 2. Support NBD teams in shaping business strategies, exploring new markets, and fostering ecosystem development. 3. Enhance NBD teams’ ability to build essential core competencies effectively at each development stage. 4. Enable NBD teams to collaborate seamlessly with corporate functions, ensuring efficient alignment with Business Groups (BG), Business Units (BU), and other NBD teams as required for their business development efforts. 5. Promote best practice sharing to continuously improve the Delta NBD Management System. 6. Collaborate with NBD teams to identify business opportunities and deliver valuable insights through comprehensive research reports. 7. Explore emerging business opportunities over the next decade based on anticipated trends and transformations in the coming 5 and 10 years We welcome applicants with EIS & Hydrogen, Industrial Automation, Building Automation, SaaS, and ICT backgrounds to apply.

1. Proficiency in business strategy formulation & implementation > 5 years. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail 3. People management responsibilities > 5 years. 4. Proven facilitation and coaching skill. Business team management or external consulting background is a must > 3 years. 5. Experience in project management (leading medium-large projects and participating in large cross-team projects). 6. Proven track record of cross function & business groups collaboration, coordination with strong interpersonal skills. 7. New Business Development experience is highly preferred. 8. Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment effectively. 9. Engineering background a plus. 10. English proficiency required. 11. MBA highly preferred. 12. Overall working experiences: > 10 years.
