前端工程師（Frontend engineer / Javascript developer）

# Frontend Engineer We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to build and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about frontend development, has a strong attention to detail, and is eager to create seamless user experiences. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to develop and maintain web application interfaces - Translate design mockups into efficient, responsive, and cross-device compatible frontend pages - Continuously improve user experience and website performance - Optimize SEO across all relevant pages and components - Write maintainable, modular code and unit tests - Contribute to frontend architecture and technology selection - Research and adopt new technologies or tools to improve development workflows ## Requirements - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS (including Flexbox and Grid) - Solid experience with at least one modern frontend framework/library, such as React (with Hooks and Context API), Vue 3 (Composition API + Pinia), or Svelte - Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, CSS Modules) - Experience in building design systems or component libraries for reuse across applications - Deep understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices for SPAs and SSR applications - Proven experience in implementing responsive design (RWD) across devices and screen sizes ## Nice to Have - Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and meta-frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt 3, or SvelteKit - Experience with modern frontend build tools, especially Vite, for rapid development and optimized production builds ## Qualities We Value - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share and receive feedback - A passion for learning new technologies and staying current with frontend trends - Attention to detail and a drive for pixel-perfect, consistent user interfaces and interactions - Proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and think critically - A user-centric mindset with the ability to consider UI/UX from the product perspective - Comfortable working cross-functionally to translate product and design ideas into viable technical solutions
