Responsibilities: 1.Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in primary market area (PMA) in order to maximize sales and long-term profitability. 2.Have knowledge and understanding of people’s needs and wants, their living situations and living conditions in local market, as well as their buying behavior. Use this knowledge to provide relevant, functional, affordable, beautiful, inspiring and sustainable home furnishing solutions. 3.Plan and implement ideas and solutions in many different styles, functions and price profiles to fit many individual tastes and to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA product range. 4.Work to improve the layout in areas of responsibility in order to create a good overview and visual impact and to provide an easy buying process for our customers. 5.Work with colleagues to implement the department action plan to support the optimization of sales and our long-term growth. Requirements: 1.A passion for home furnishing, design and how people live at home. 2.Ability to draw, visualize and present an idea. 3.High level of knowledge in interior design, trends in retail/market/customer behaviour, communication, Com&In IT-Systems (e.g. AutoCAD, AutoDECO, etc.). 4.Good attention to detail. 5.Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
