Purpose of your role As part of the Client Group internship program, this role focuses on providing active assistance in Client Group Support while gaining valuable exposure to the broader functions. The Support responsibilities extend across several service areas, such as client onboarding, product onboarding, agreement review, account opening KYC, operational troubleshooting (transfer agency), Salesforce management, ongoing AML due diligence, trailer payment verification, and handling investor inquiries. The intern will also benefit from learning opportunities in the Intermediary and Institutional business to enhance their experience and skill set. In this Role, You Will: • Support Client Due Diligence: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards by actively contributing to client due diligence processes. • Support Business Requests: Provide timely and insightful support for ad-hoc product requests and related tasks. • Engage in Strategic Projects: Participate in the Intermediary and Institutional project study, gaining valuable exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities • Provide translated summary for various fund updates and reports • Provide and update financial industry analysis, including insurance asset allocation analysis, insurance product analysis, FoF analysis, and various ad-hoc projects. • KYC Database maintenance • Prepare Daily Screening Review report and resolve screening alerts • Follow-up investigations on WorldCheck hits, FSC penalty announcement, negative news • Conduct Individual Screening and finalize Review report (ASL, MOEA changes etc) • Ongoing AML/KYC Solution support • To assist with ongoing FI sanction log, Financial Crime Mgmt Info • To assist with regular AML requests from distributors (UBO & Senior Mgmt declaration, Internal Control Declaration) • To assist with new AC opening KYC documentation • To assist with ad-hoc requests from the Client Group and the regulator (inspection, survey, etc.) • To assist with mandates related requests (Monthly Report Delivery, periodical review on portfolio list, investment book update etc.) • To assist with product on-shelf requests (both Intermediary & Institutional) • To provide administrative support (document filing & scanning, expenses reports etc..) 2025 Internship Programme: 2025/6/26~2026/6/30, 2.5 days/week

Purpose of your role This role primarily involves assisting in the preparation of reports for the Taiwan Multi-Asset Team, including but not limited to bi-weekly and monthly reports. You will also aid with weekly macro market updates and research underlying investment vehicles. Additionally, you will support the team in conducting research on macroeconomic topics or specific studies related to equities or fixed income products. Key Responsibilities • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports (including data proofreading and market commentary writing). • Maintain the weekly macroeconomic and investment pool databases. • Provide ad-hoc market analysis, product research, or related reporting support. • Develop tools and models for the selection and allocation of multi-asset investment instruments (Funds/ETFs), including quantitative and qualitative research. 2025 Internship Programme: 2025/6/26~2026/6/30, 2.5 days/week

Purpose of your role The Product and Marketing Departments are seeking two interns who will rotate between the teams to gain comprehensive knowledge. As Marketing Assistants, the interns will primarily support various marketing content production, regular reporting, client/ corporate event supporting and translation tasks. As Product Assistants, they will develop an understanding of product and market knowledge and product development skills for effective communication. Responsibilities include delivering timely product materials, supporting market report communications, managing client offering documents, and building a database to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to meet channel marketing requests from the Client group, including the production and delivery of marketing materials. Support the team with regular tasks such as filing marketing materials with regulatory bodies like SITCA, editing content on the website CMS, and consolidating and summarizing daily news exposure. Demonstrate a quick grasp of marketing terminology and refine/translate materials as needed. • Deliver high-quality, accurate work to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards. Overview of role This role involves coordinating and supporting TA operations, regulatory reporting, investor or client inquiries, and overseeing the outsourced service providers to ensure services provided support business and regulatory requirements. Responsibility 1. Oversight and handling of TA functions * Oversee ETF trading and distribution operations to ensure correct execution by the outsourcing Service Providers. * Assist in responding to and resolving fund transaction-related issues raised by investors, institutional clients, and distributors. * Maintain internal control standards and procedures. * Conduct Regulatory announcements and submit regulatory reports. * Support TA tasks assigned by managers. 2. Vendor Performance Monitoring & Communication * Oversee and monitor service providers’ performance in line with internal policies and the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement. * Facilitate communicate with the Transfer Agency to resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Others * Conduct ad-hoc tasks and/or projects assigned by managers. * Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, traders, and other operational teams, to address and resolve related queries.
