【Your Role】
。The Account Sales Head will drive growth and retention for Edenred Taiwan's existing client base. He/She will develop sales strategies to deepen client relationships and lead a team to maximize revenue through cross-selling/upselling products in the employee benefit market. .

This Field Sales Head is responsible for:
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
。Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy optimized for quick prospect engagement, quality new business acquisition and accelerated deal closures
。Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring agility and adaptability to dynamic market conditions and concur new sales opportunities
。Set motivating sales targets for a team of Field Sales professional aligned to market landscape and conduct meaningful sales review meetings optimized to help them achieve their sales targets
。Review, suggest and discuss sales incentive design with Strategy and Business Excellence Team to ensure Field Sales Team are motivated on a quarterly basis.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
。Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Sales professionals to be proficient in Edenred Selling methodologies, instilling a sense of urgency and accountability for business acquisition and profitability.
。Foster a high-performance culture geared towards achieving rapid new sales targets and swift client satisfaction.
。Review operational KPIs, such as visiting activity, funnel target/ conversion rates and win rate
。Instill data driven performance management, use CRM (Salesforce) tools for sales performance tracking, including pipeline management (i.e. Lead, opportunity, contract progression), and optimize efficiency in end-to-end new customer acquisition process.
REVENUE GROWTH:
。Drive the achievement of aggressive sales targets, continually assessing and adjusting strategies for optimal performance with a specific focus in acquiring new clients and at rate much higher than competition
。Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue immediate business opportunities for accelerated revenue growth.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
。Build and maintain client relationships optimized for swift conversions, ensuring exceptional service and rapid satisfaction Leading to high client NPS scores
。Leverage unique dynamics of rapid sales to establish trust and deliver quick wins for clients
MARKET ANALYSIS:
。Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics influencing rapid sales.
。Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies geared towards rapid market penetration.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
。Work with internal marketing teams to align lead generation, nurturing and conversion strategy and targets
。Support marketing team in providing inputs for the development of marketing and sales tools
