Job Description : • Responsible for mechanical design on high precision and high dynamic mechanisms for semiconductor packaging equipment which covers for material handling and tooling design • Responsible for continues design improvement activities such as Design for Manufacturing Equipment • Involve in cost reduction programs Requirements : • At least a degree in Mechanical /Mechatronics /Material Science Engineering • No relevant experience is required for this position • Proficiency in solid edge ,Pro-E and AutoCAD • Able to use Computerized Engineering Tools for structural ,design synthesis , computational fluid dynamics(CFD) , thermal fluid and modal analysis on mechanical system • Strong knowledge in the following areas : o Electromagnetic device and actuator selection o Kinematics and kinetics as well as strength of materials in design o Vibration mechanism ,vibration suspension ,vibration isolation and vibration control o High precision manufacturing process

• Define process flow, requirements and specifications and verify through Design of Experiment (DoE) to optimize current machinery performance • Discuss with customers about the conceptual process design of new product and the enhancement of existing products’ process design • Support on-site process optimization and/or trouble-shooting through engineering evaluation to meet customer requirements • Debug the machinery functions to ensure meeting customer requirements and conduct process analysis to study the parameter test results from DoE for process optimization • Support internal machinery optimization before buy-off • Test the samples provided by customers for bonding

• Identify new applications, markets and customers. Prospection and sales related activities to identify and qualify new potential customers • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers • Promote product by developing specific marketing plans including pricing and upgrade strategies to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, Equipment Procurement Sepc review and to determine system requirements/configuration. Technical skills: • Strong control engineering fundamentals in classical and modern control methodologies. • Proficient in MATLAB, C/C++, Python and real-time computer system. • Familiar with system analysis and system modeling, particularly mechanical system dynamics, vibration, thermal process, motor, sensors, and power drive system. • Good background and experience with AI/ML and PHM will be added advantages.
