As a Business Leader, s/he will manage operational aspects related to this role covering service delivery (customer), people development as well as initiatives/projects across in-country.. 【Job Responsibilities】 (1) Ensure optimal efficiency in warehouse/transportation operations, achieving key operational KPIs and delivering superior customer satisfaction. (2) Manage staff training, warehouse operations, and inventory control, including FIFO compliance, capacity planning, area organization, and visual management. (3) Oversee the development and implementation of warehouse operation & systems, ensuring alignment with product handling requirements, capacity planning, equipment utilization, inventory management, and operational processes. (4) Regularly review staffing, workflow, warehouse capacity, and action plans to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer service excellence. (5) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, enforcing, and adhering to SOPs while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. This position plays an important role in supporting Legal Counsel of BS Taiwan to provide legal & compliance oversight across Bridgestone’s business in Taiwan (including Sales & Manufacturing), by ensuring the delivery of proactive, in-depth, business-focused advice and support to the business, as well as implementing initiatives and processes to set standards and reinforce a culture of integrity and ethical behavior. The role is tasked with supporting Legal Counsel of BS Taiwan to identify and mitigate legal risks and implications of all of the business’ transactions, keeping the senior management in all departments of the business informed of developments in laws and regulations that may potentially affect the businesses. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the list below: Key Responsibilities • Act as a strategic business partner to the business and provide proactive legal support and advice to the business. • Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial transactions including but not limited to sales, distribution, dealerships, partnerships, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, sustainability, etc. • Assist Legal Counsel of BS Taiwan in providing legal advice on a wide variety of legal and compliance issues which may arise in the usual course of business, including but not limited to dispute resolution, employment, debt collection, intellectual property, data privacy, M&A matters, etc. • Provide ongoing legal & compliance related training, coaching and support in BS Taiwan and to champion a culture of Ethics & Compliance. • Assist Legal Counsel of BS Taiwan in drafting or reviewing company policies, internal procedures and other policy related documents periodically. • Liaise with public sectors and organizations as required. • Actively contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of an effective system of corporate governance & risk management. • Ensure senior management is informed of regulatory and legislative changes and their obligations under these changes and how they impact the company. • Assist Legal Counsel of BS Taiwan in liaising and coordinating with outside counsel to handle relevant legal and compliance matters including but not limited to litigations/mediation/enforcement of court decisions, etc. • Contribute to and participate in regional and/or global legal and compliance team, projects and initiatives. • Facilitate launch and/or execution of various regional and/or global legal initiatives. • Handle administrative matters in the legal & compliance function. 1. 依勞動基準法，雇主不得僱用未滿十五歲之人從事工作。 According to labor standers, no employer shall employ any person under the age of fifteen. 2. 依就業服務法，外國人須經雇主申請許可，始可在中華民國境內工作。 no According to employment service standers, foreign worker may engage in work within the Republic of China should his/her employer have not yet obtained a permit via application therefore.
