【工作目標】 本職位負責統籌公司全球貨運理賠案件,確保案件處理即時、合規且公平,並透過流程優化與集中管理,提升客戶滿意度、降低風險損失。此角色將作為總部理賠流程的核心窗口,協調內部部門與保險公司,優化作業效率,強化與關鍵客戶及保險夥伴的關係。 【主要工作內容】 (1) 案件處理與監督 : 管理全球各地理賠案件,審核資料正確性與處理時效,確保符合保險合約與公司政策。 (2) 高價值案件優先管理: 主動追蹤高價值或時效性高的理賠案件,確保快速處理並維持客戶信賴。 (3) 保險公司與法務協調窗口: 負責與保險公司及法務部門溝通協調,處理爭議案件、談判與案件移交等事宜。 (4) 流程優化與制度建置: 與內部營運、財務、法務團隊合作,檢視並優化理賠作業流程,制定與導入 SOP。 (5) 內部訓練與指導: 教育與協助各部門(如服務中心、帳戶經理)正確填報理賠文件,提高處理效率與準確率。 (6) 報表與合規監控: 定期提供理賠進度與分析報告,追蹤未結案件,確保資料紀錄完整並符合稽核與保險規範。 【資格條件】 ● 大學以上學歷,科系不限,物流管理、保險、風險管理、企業管理等相關背景尤佳。 ● 至少 3~5 年 理賠處理、貨運保險、物流營運或風險管理等相關經驗。 ● 具備處理高金額或國際案件經驗者優先考慮。 ● 曾參與流程優化、建立 SOP 或跨部門協作者為佳。 ● 中文聽說讀寫流利 + 良好英文書寫與口語能力,能與保險公司進行基本溝通與報告彙整 ● 良好的資料審核與細節敏感度 ● 具備談判協商與溝通協調能力 ● 熟悉貨運保險、物流運作與基本責任條款 ● 熟悉 Word、Excel、Outlook 等基本辦公軟體 ● 熟悉理賠管理系統或 ERP 操作者佳 ● 具保險、風險管理相關證照或課程修習者加分

【工作目標】 本職位將協助亞太區安全管理,執行公司在倉儲、辦公室、營運及運輸流程中的各項實體安全管理與稽核作業。透過制度落實、員工訓練與風險調查,有效提升營運現場安全性,降低貨物損失與作業風險,並支援重要客戶專案的保安規劃。 【主要工作內容】 (1) 安全稽核與合規追蹤: 針對倉庫、辦公室與合作廠商據點進行定期安全稽核,追蹤缺失改善情況,必要時需配合國內外差旅。 (2) 員工訓練與安全宣導: 協助規劃與執行實體安全訓練課程(如:貨物處理、出入管制、防竊、緊急應變等),提升同仁安全意識。 (3) 風險監控與事故處理: 追蹤可能發生的安全風險(如盜竊、非法入侵等),參與事故調查,提出並協助落實改善建議。 (4) 保全廠商與系統管理: 協調第三方保全廠商,維護現場人力與電子監控設備(如監視器、門禁系統)之運作效能。 (5) 客戶專案支援: 協助安全經理規劃與執行關鍵客戶(高價值或特殊貨物)之安全運輸與儲存方案。 (6) 報告製作與制度建立: 建立與維護稽核紀錄、異常事件報告等資料,並參與安全政策與作業程序之更新與改善。 【職務需求】 ● 大學以上畢業,科系不限,具物流管理、犯罪防治、保全管理相關背景尤佳。 ● 至少 2–4 年以上相關經驗,包含物流、倉儲或運輸業之實體安全管理、稽核或保全作業 經歷。 ● 中文流利 + 英文中等以上,能閱讀英文稽核報告或簡報資料 ● 有實際參與安全稽核、風險評估或保全調查經驗者為佳。 ● 具備實體安全知識(倉儲、貨車與貨物保護、門禁控管) ● 能進行安全訓練、報告撰寫及異常事件溝通 ● 熟悉 CCTV、門禁系統等安全設備操作 ● 邏輯清晰、具備風險辨識與問題解決能力 ● 具備實體安全或風險管理相關證照者加分
