【About the Role】
-Develop and execute Corporate PR and Product PR plans to ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.
-Event:Plan and execute various new car launch event, Auto Show, roadshow, dealer meeting and showroom events.
-Develop sales tools such as brochures and DM
-Plan, produce and maintain all of VWCV's digital platform, including website, Car Confiqurator, eCatalogue, etc.
-Support and supervise dealer marketing plan and budget. Follow up with dealers to track effectiveness of marketing campaign
【What You'll Be Doing】
1.Developing the overall PR plans and co-working with the product and corporate PR agencies
-Product PR agency: to develop the plans and events to manage the PR direction and exposure.
-Corporate PR agency: to deep dive into #WeNotMe topics: (1) Mobility for disabled people (2) Emergency Medical care.
-Responsible for creating positive brand exposure and steering the direction, including brand news releases, seminar, keynote speech and all media related opportunities.
-Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.
2.Plan and execute the media launch / test-drive events, Auto Show, roadshow, showroom and dealer meeting events
-Plan and organize various events with the agencies and follow the latest CICD guideline.
-Initialing the theme and program of the event and maximize the effectiveness.
-Arranging the media participation and the duty shift with all dealers.
3.Develop sales tools such as e-brochures, DM, POSM
- Plan and develop various marketing tools and materials (including DM, e-catalogues, showroom DVD, POSM, billboard AD, etc.) to make sure it’s the most updated.
4.Plan, produce and maintain VWCV's digital platform
- Create and maintain official website, Car Configuration, interactive eCatalogue and to make sure its correctness.
5.Support and supervise dealer marketing plan and budget. Follow up with dealers to track effectiveness of marketing campaign
-Collect and supervise each dealer’s quarterly marketing programs (i.e. direct marketing, showroom events, owner events, outdoor display) and ensure alignment with corporate brand strategy and objectives, with effective utilization and optimization of allocated budgets.
-Follow up with dealers regularly to track effectiveness of marketing campaign.
